Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif have always said that they both are not dating each other and are single. But Ranbir Kapoor was recently spotted leaving Katrina Kaif's apartment post-midnight. According to Bollywood Life, last night (September 14, 2012) post 12 am Ranbir, dressed in light blue jeans, bright blue shirt and a red cap worn backwards - portraying a college yuppie - was seen leaving the building in which Kat lives. No, not the new plush pad she recently bought in Lokhandwala, but her old apartment in Bandra."; After coming out of Katrina Kaif's apartment Ranbir Kapoor calmly walked to his Audi, he did not look at the paparazzi and within minutes of getting into his car, he got busy with something that looks like the controller of a gaming machine. Interestingly, not long ago Katrina Kaif was spotted at Ranbir Kapoor's residence Krishna Raj at midnight.

‘Ek Tha Tiger’,-Salman & Katrina Kaif

As Katrina awaits the release of her big release ‘Ek Tha Tiger’, comes a surprising statement about her co-star and ex beau Salman Khan. Kat feels the ‘tiger’ can do everything except handle romantic scenes! "I think right now the audience likes him in the action and romantic genres and I think it works for Salman too but beyond a point he can't handle the romantic scenes. It is good that he has a break from the action," she said. Hmm we wonder what Sallu would have to say to that! Kat also feels that her best is yet to come. “I hope the best phase of my career is yet to come. As a person one faces different phases in life. You also face phases of unsettlement where you're not sure about anything. Right now my life is only about going to the film sets and coming back home," Katrina said at an event in Mumbai. "Everything in my life has happened unexpectedly. God has taken care of everything so far," added the 28-year-old. Last year was great for Katrina with both her releases ‘Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara’ and ‘Mere brother Ki Dulhan’ hitting the bull’s eye. Now, she is set to be seen with Salman in ‘Ek Tha Tiger’, releasing on August 15. The movie, directed by Kabir Khan, is a romantic, action thriller. This is not the first time Katrina has shared screen space with Salman. They were paired together in films like ‘Maine Pyaar Kyun Kiya’ ‘Partner’ and ‘Yuvraaj’ but however their pairing has never worked at the box office. Will it change this time around? Going by the advance booking it looks like it will – romantic scenes or not!

Kochadaiyaan breaks Sivaji's record!

Rajinikanth's forthcoming movie Kochadaiyaan has broken the record of his earlier movie Sivaji! Well, the satellite rights of his latest film has been acquired by Jaya TV for a huge price, which is said to be the highest for a Rajini film till date. The buzz is that Kochadaiyaan satellite rights have been sold for more than Rs 5.5 crore, thereby breaking the record of Rajinikanth's earlier movie Sivaji, which was sold for Rs 5 crore to Sun TV. Though there is no confirmation on the price, rumour mills are rife that the film has set a new benchmark. Eros International Media MD Sunil Lulla, "We are confident that like Sivaji and Robot, this (Kochadaiyaan) will also be a landmark film in Rajinikanth's career with attractive monetization avenues and we are privileged to be part of it. We are delighted to have Jaya TV on board for the Tamil satellite rights. We will also be releasing a separate Hindi version along with the Tamil version." Rajinikanth's Kochadaiyaan will be seeing the light of day on a unique day. The magnum opus is likely to release on 12.12.12, which also coincides with the superstar's birthday (December 12).
